well since this is my best here is some instructions

First select create and then click create a free forum

Then choose a backround

Then fill in the forms
title of your forum
category
discreption
internet addres
your email adress
password

Then select I agree to these terms
and create my forum now you need administrate it and I'll leave this to ambie or MR joudrules (who I am angry with at the moment|) to tell you how to administrate it
p.s If ambie does it I will make her a mod
